Being selective – people, habits and circumstances.

The lives we are living, run in full circle. Being so involved in family, jobs, social circle, societal roles, status, esteem needs and what not..we often forget to step away and look at the bigger picture. We feed negativity unknowingly. The negative chunks may be small but they influence our peace of mind in a big way.

Being selective cuts half the drama and shuts down those negative windows. STEP AWAY FROM GOSSIP. It’s very tempting to talk about others (well..human nature!), putting the blame on them, being judgmental of their failure and jealous of their success but trust me..it’s easier to keep quiet!

CHOOSING THE SOCIAL CIRCLE. People in our social circle may be great but who all make or break us..we must figure out. ‘Knowing’ people, ‘being friends’ with them and ‘spending time’ with them..these are all different things. Spend more time with those you build, understand, inspire, love and teach you life!

SPEND YOUR TIME WISELY. Scrolling down the news feed which isn’t needful. Binge watching Netflix the whole night and sitting totally drained at work the next day. Your time isn’t money, your time is everything!

Being selective and giving out our energy on the things that really matter will help us all in the long run.

Hope you have a great day and a fulfilling week ahead. Lots of love.
